防霉劑添加量對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠性能的影響。液體防霉劑多為殺菌劑在小分子溶劑中溶解后的混合物，小分子溶劑的加入勢必會影響硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的綜合性能表為防霉劑2的不同添加量對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠物理性能的影響，防霉劑2的有效殺菌成分為辛基一異嚓哩琳酮類，是含有柔性側鏈的含S-N雜環結構。數據表明，隨著防霉劑2的添加量增加，表千時間和斷裂伸長率增加，彈性恢復率呈現先增大后減小的趨勢，而模量和拉伸強度則是先減小后增大。隨著防霉劑2的含量增加，增加的小分子溶劑擇發需要一定的時間，表干時間延長，斷裂伸長率山于小分子的引入而逐漸增加同時，防霉劑2中少量小分子溶劑和殺菌劑的增加，充當增塑劑的作用，以至于模量和拉伸強度降低;但防霉劑2繼續增加后，由于辛基一異口塞吟琳酮類側鏈還有較長柔性鏈段，鏈段發生纏結，增加體系的交聯密度，從而導致模量和拉伸強度反而增大。彈性恢復率在小分子溶劑和殺菌劑的反向作用下在1.0%的防霉劑2添加量卜達到平衡，另外，過多的小分子溶劑揮發殘余導致彈性恢復率降低。因此，防霉劑2添加量在1.0%時，MS體系的綜合物理性能優異，滿足JC/丁885-2016指標要求。
防霉劑添加量對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠防霉性能的影響。圖2- I中未加防霉劑的霉菌沿樣品四周中度生長，防霉等級為3級:圖2- I I的樣品邊緣霉菌輕微生長，防霉等級為1級;圖2一川和2-IV中的樣品達到0級防霉的要求。隨著防霉劑2的添加增加，防霉性能提高。當防霉劑2質量分數超過1.0%時，放大50倍未發現明顯長霉，防霉等級達到0級標準，具有優異的防霉效果。但是過多防霉劑2會導致MS硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠體系的VOC超標、彈性恢復率降低因此，1.0%防霉劑2是最佳的添加量配比。綜合物理性能，符合標準中JC/T 885-2016的0級防霉要求。
(1)防霉劑能明顯提高硅烷改性聚醚硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的防霉性能，異A陛酮類防霉劑適合MS體系硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠:
(2)隨著防霉劑用量的增加，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的防霉性逐漸提高。防霉劑質量分數為1.0%時，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的綜合性能優異，防霉等級達到0級。硅烷改性聚醚防霉硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的制備工藝簡單，綜合性能穩定，符合JC;T 885-2016的性能要求。http://www.inaodoi.com/
