拉伸粘結性測試結果不同工藝條件對丁基防水嵌縫膠拉伸粘結性中粘結破壞面積的影響。除膜后的玻璃一定要進行清洗,防止除膜后殘留的碎屑影響到丁基防水嵌縫膠的粘結性能。針對2.1中分別采用不同除膜工藝的4種除膜樣片A, B, C,D分別采用水洗、異丙醇清洗兩種清洗工藝,選用了兩種牌號中空玻璃丁基防水嵌縫膠S1和S2進行注膠制備試件,考察其拉伸粘結性。制樣和測試按國家標準GB 24266-2009進行,分別測試了23℃拉伸粘結性和水一紫外光照后拉伸粘結性,記錄其拉伸強度和粘結破壞面積,其中粘結破壞面積。
可以看出,磨輪M1自動除膜的Low-E玻璃,分別使用水和異丙醇兩種清洗處理工藝后,中空玻璃丁基防水嵌縫膠S2對其粘結性能均良好,完全滿足國家標準GB 24266-2009對粘結破壞面積小于等于5%的要求。中空玻璃丁基防水嵌縫膠S1對磨輪M1自動除膜的Low-E玻璃異丙醇清洗的樣片粘結良好,粘結破壞面積滿足國家標準GB 24266-2009的要求;但對水洗清洗工藝的樣片,水紫外光照后的粘結稍欠佳,其粘結破壞面積達到10%。
磨輪M1手動除膜的效果相比M1自動除膜要遜色不少,測試結果兩種中空玻璃丁基防水嵌縫膠S1和S2都出現了不同程度的粘結破壞。除S2在23 ℃拉伸粘結性的粘結破壞面積尚能滿足國家標準GB24266-2009要求外,中空玻璃丁基防水嵌縫膠S1對應的各項條件及S2在水紫外光照后的拉伸粘結性粘結破壞面積均已超出國家標準GB 24266-2009的要求,其中S1對應的各項條件均出現較大面積的不粘現象。如該除膜工藝用于實際生產,極可能導致較大面積的不粘現象,造成較大的安全隱患或質量問題。http://www.inaodoi.com/
