硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠在使用中相比強度等其他物理性質,相容性更為重要“至吐目前為止,尚未發現任何正確安裝的結構性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠發生失敗”操作過程中。模擬試驗實際工程中。均未發生過失敗,這說明所使用膠的強度向來不是問題,其主要問題在于粘結性。因為硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠有一個突出的特點,即如果膠和被粘結的基材不相容,即使粘結過程中,各種強度指標均達到要求,半年或稍長一點時間過后,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠便會開始變色變質成液體狀態,從而失去粘結能力,玻璃會落下來,造成嚴重后果,所以為確保硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠粘結能力的長久,必須做相容性試驗。
(1)實際工程用基材,測定剝離粘結性,確定結構膠與基材的相容性
(2)結構膠粘結玻璃結構系統各種附件,經熱及紫外線老化處理后,考查試樣顏色變化,檢驗與玻璃!附件的粘結性,確定結構件與附件的相容性。
(3)試驗方法是一項實驗篩選過程。試驗后顏色和粘結性的改變是一項可用來確定材料相容性的關鍵,實踐已表明試驗那些粘結性喪失和褪色的基材和附件,在實際使用中也同樣會發生。
基材的剝離粘結性是保證工程質量的關鍵。
基材與硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠不相容的原因主要如下:
①基材或硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠本身的質量不符合相關要求;②清潔劑不合適,采用不同的清潔劑會有不同的相容性結果;③基材與硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠都符合相關要求,仍可能不匹配,具有不相容性;④基材、硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠由于生產批號的不同可能產生差異,為此相容性試驗要求采用實際工程所用批號的基材、硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠,避免因與實際工程不一致產生偏差;⑤打膠現場的環境不符合規范要求產生的不相容性。http://www.inaodoi.com/
