從油箱噴塑固化工藝條件出發,以環氧樹脂(EP)和小分子聚酸胺為主要原料,制備了兩種不同配方的汽車油箱用點焊丁基防水嵌縫膠。測試了點焊膠在9!捌秃0#柴油中的耐油性和粘接強度,并對三種不同連接接頭(膠接、點焊、膠焊)的粘接強度進行了對比和分析。結果表明:點焊膠的固化工藝與汽車鍍鋅板類油箱表面漆層的固化工藝相同,故不必增加點焊膠的固化設備和工序;兩種點焊膠具有較好的粘接能,其T型剝離強度分別為89.0 kN/m和92.0 kN/m,拉伸剪切強度分別為13.3 MPa和12.9 MPa ;兩種點焊膠在90"汽油和0#柴油中浸泡360 d后,試樣的粘接強度降幅不明顯,說明其具有一定程度的耐油性;將兩種點焊膠用于汽車油箱的密封中,既具有良好的粘接密封性能,又解決了鍍鋅板類油箱滲漏油等問題。
在汽車工業中,丁基防水嵌縫膠被廣泛用于汽車擋風玻璃、汽車油箱以及汽車的整體密封等場合,起到了良好的防塵、減震和密封等作用。材料的連接方式主要有鉚接、膠接和焊接三種,采用合連接(如鉚接/膠接、焊接/膠接等)法可賦予材料更好的綜合性能。因此,在使用環境較苛刻的情況下,通常會采取組合連接法對材料進行連接。隨著汽車油箱用材料的更新換代(由鍍鋅鋼板替代鍍錫鋼板),傳統的單一點焊工藝具有諸多弊病(如焊接工藝不佳、長期使用后會出現油箱滲漏油等現象),故采用膠焊(焊接/膠接組合連接)法有望解決此類問題。通常,油箱鍍鋅板經焊接后,其外表面采用噴塑法涂敷塑料涂層;該塑料涂層屬于高溫固化型樹脂,其固化溫度為170180 0C。目前,國內的點焊膠基本屬于中低溫固化型,在高溫條件下兩次固化會導致點焊膠變脆或老化,致使油箱密封失效(即出現滲漏油現象)。http://www.inaodoi.com/
