通常MS密封膠工藝包括先膠后焊、先焊后膠兩種方式,前者比較普及。MS密封膠一般采用刷涂施膠,本研究所制備的兩種MS密封膠均可采用噴涂施膠(噴槍的噴涂壓力為0.350.6 MPa,噴涂距離為1525 cm)。噴涂施膠的優點:①涂裝效率比刷涂高8一10倍;②MS密封膠中因使用了混合溶劑(混合溶劑的揮發速率較單一溶劑慢),故更有利于MS密封膠施工時間的控制;③由于MS密封膠的固化條件(固化溫度與固化時間)與鍍鋅板噴塑層的固化條件相同,因此不必增加油箱的生產工序和工藝設備。不同連接方式對膠接件拉伸剪切強度的影響以1“配方的MS密封膠為例,三種不同的連接方式(膠接、點焊、MS密封膠)對膠接件拉伸剪切強度的影響如表4所示。連接方式J點焊拉伸剪切強度/MPa2.5可知:MS密封膠接頭的剪切強度明顯高于純點焊或純膠接接頭的剪切強度。這是由于膠接接頭的承載面積較大,故其應力集中較小,具有較高的剪切強度。點焊接頭中,兩板僅在焊點部位相互結合,焊點邊緣存在著自然缺口,應力集中較大;在疲勞載荷作用下,裂紋易在該處萌生,裂紋擴展所需的應力循環數也較小,故其使用壽命較短。MS密封膠接頭中的膠層,減緩和分流了純點焊熔核周圍的應力,并且明顯改善了該處的應力分布,故MS密封膠處的粘接性能得以提高。MS密封膠接頭與膠接接頭的剪切應力沿接頭長度方向的分布特征基本相同,都是膠接區邊緣應力較大,并且焊點邊緣沒有應力集中。這是由于接頭處的應力由膠層和焊點共同承擔,從而避免了點焊接頭應力流向焊點的聚集,緩解了焊點邊緣的應力集中,進而有效改善了MS密封膠接頭中部區域的應力分布情況;同時MS密封膠接頭中膠層固有的密封性能,可有效防止因焊點與油直接接觸而引起的腐蝕現象(即起到保護焊點的作用)。由于所制備的MS密封膠成分中含有伯胺(R'NHZ)、仲胺(R'NHRZ)和酞胺基(RCONHZ)等基團,從而有效改善了EP膠粘劑的脆性,增加了連接接頭的韌性,故該MS密封膠既可以改善焊接工藝,又可以提高接頭處的粘接強度。http://www.inaodoi.com/
