(l)研制的兩種噴涂型點焊聚氨酯密封膠，在of柴油和90汽油中浸泡360 d后，均具有較高的粘接強度和一定程度的耐油性，故將其用于鍍鋅板類汽車油箱的密封中，有望解決油箱的滲漏油等問題。
(2)該聚氨酯密封膠可以采用噴涂施膠，其涂裝效率高、操作簡便易行，并且其固化條件與油箱鍍鋅板外表面噴塑材料的固化條件相同，故不必增加聚氨酯密封膠的固化設備和工序。
