型槽的密封施工為防止聚氨酯密封膠施工后三面粘結而影響伸縮性能，應預先在清理干凈后的槽底鋪一層襯墊材料。然后在槽內注入B厚單組分聚氨酯密封膠，用刮片刮平且要與兩側充分接觸以保證聚氨酯密封膠與基面的粘結。
聚氨酯密封膠施工時，避免引入空氣。在表干以前應避免雨淋。污染和碰損，在固化的前一內避免浸水。71什專用底涂的施工底涂的配制所用底涂是一種雙組分專用底涂，兩組分配比為先將底涂的各組分分別攪拌至均勻，然后按比例混合，再攪拌至均勻。操作過程應佩戴安全防護用品，防止接觸皮膚。切槽縫兩邊基面至少蛋區域內的雜物要清理干凈，然后用毛刷蘸取配好的底涂均勻地涂刷在需粘結的基材表面。實干后方可進行聚氨酯密封膠的施工，底涂適宜施工溫度為。一底涂的有關試驗使用底涂處理的防水層遠比不用底涂處理的防水層耐用年限要長。試驗觀察結果見表刊聚氨酯密封膠的施工底涂實干后，即可進行防水涂料的施工。將單組分聚氨酯密封膠用毛刷均勻地涂刷在施工完底涂后的基面和切槽內，第B遍涂刷遵循薄刷。少刷的原則，以減少氣泡的產生。http://www.inaodoi.com/
