采用溶液改性法對AI(OH)3粒子進行表面修飾,將改性劑化學包覆在粒子表面,從而改善AI舊日)3粒子的分散性;然后與三聚氰胺(MA)復配,降低總阻燃劑添加量,探索兩種阻燃劑在丁基防水嵌縫膠中的協同阻燃作用。研究了表面改性對AI(OH)3結構性能的影響,以及AI舊日)3與MA的協同阻燃效應對于丁基防水嵌縫膠阻燃性能和力學性能的影響。結果表明,進行表面改性以后,AI舊日)3粒子與丁基防水嵌縫膠的相容性有一定程度改善;與MA復配以后具備協同阻燃作用,在丁基防水嵌縫膠中總添加量小幅下降仍然能夠維持V- 0的阻燃級別,同時伸長率有較大提升。
氫氧化鋁[[AI)3]作為一種安全又環保的新型阻燃劑,添加一定量時方能發揮阻燃作用,但因其表面含有較高親水性和極性,在聚合物材料基體中的分散度和相容性不佳(易產生聚集),從而導致制品的原有功能下降甚至失效,嚴重限制了其作為阻燃劑的應用范圍。為了改善氫氧化鋁粒子在聚合物基體材料中的親和性,需要對其進行超細化或表面改性,常用的有3種方法:共混/物理涂覆法,表面改性法和微膠囊化法。本文選用表面改性的方法,直接采用硅烷偶聯劑與氫氧化鋁粒子表面的輕基反應,改善氫氧化鋁粒子在丁基防水嵌縫膠體系中的分散性。
當前,協同阻燃技術應用正日益廣泛。協同阻燃是指由兩種或兩種以上阻燃劑構成的阻燃體系,其阻燃作用優于各組分阻燃劑阻燃作用之和。具體來說,是將具有不同阻燃機理的阻燃劑,如磷系阻燃劑(固相阻燃機理)和氮系阻燃劑(氣相阻燃機理),亦或具有同一阻燃機理的不同阻燃劑,如同為固相阻燃機理的層狀納米無機粒子和磷系阻燃劑,復配使用,不僅能夠提高阻燃體系的阻燃效率,還能降低阻燃體系中某一組分的含量,使得復合材料在一些要求嚴苛的特殊領域仍能滿足使用要求。截至目前,典型的協同阻燃體系包括鹵一磷協同、鹵一氮協同、磷-氮協同、磷一磷協同、鹵一硼協同等。鹵系阻燃劑燃燒時會釋放有毒煙氣,對人身財產安全和生態環境都會構成威脅,因而采用鹵素阻燃劑的協同阻燃劑體正慢慢退出市場。由于氮系阻燃劑和納米阻燃劑本身具有無毒環保、阻燃效率高等特點,將氮系阻燃劑與納米阻燃劑復配協同使用正逐步取代含鹵協同體系,成為阻燃領域的研究熱點之一。http://www.inaodoi.com/
